Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Express delivery charges vary based on location and weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor the shipment status.

5. Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is available on request and may include additional customs charges.

6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch. Please ensure the address and contact details are correct while placing the order.

7. Damaged / Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

8. Lost Package

In case the package is lost during transit, we will issue a replacement or refund after confirming with our courier partner.

9. Cancellation of Shipping

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
